Application Content
Unless otherwise stated, the Governance Logger application interface, design, branding, original text, graphics, software elements and other original materials supplied as part of the application are owned by, or licensed for use by, Governance Logger and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
User and Council Content
Governance records, notes, attachments, meeting information, documents and other materials entered or uploaded by users remain the responsibility of the person, organisation or local council that supplied them.
Governance Logger does not claim ownership of content entered into the application by authorised users. Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate authority, permissions and rights to upload, store, reproduce or otherwise use that content within the application.
Third-Party Content
The application may display, link to, reference or integrate with content supplied by third parties. Ownership of third-party names, logos, documents, media, trademarks and other materials remains with the relevant rights holder.
Public Sector and Council Material
Some information used with Governance Logger may originate from local councils, government bodies or other public-sector organisations. Copyright, licensing and reuse conditions are determined by the relevant rights holder or applicable licence.
Permissions and Authorised Use
Users should only upload or reproduce material where they own the relevant rights, have received permission from the rights holder, or are otherwise legally authorised to use the material.
